INTERNATIONAL GROUP FOR TRAINING

IGIT is a training company with several locations around the Middle East. Recently we’ve signed a contract with King Abdul Aziz University to provide them with over 100 teachers. Teachers will be hired by IGIT who will take full responsibility for all the needs of the teachers. The following are the minimum requirements that an applicant needs to satisfy in order to be considered for this position:
BA in English or any related field (If applicants have a BA in other than English, then they must have a DELTA, CELTA or TEFL certificate)
Between the ages of 26 – 54
NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY (Americans, Brits, Canadians and South Africans)
2 – 3 years university teaching experience
Note: Understand no circumstances should applicants not meeting the above mentioned requirement should be submitted for consideration.

Where will applicants work?
King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Teachers will teach from the NorthStar series (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking)
Students are first year students
The hours vary according to the schedule, however, most teachers teach about 20 – 30 hours weekly. Also the amount of days will vary according to schedules. Most classes are between the hours of 8am – 4pm, but they are some evening classes, again depending on the schedule.
Saudi weekend is Thursday and Friday.
